2. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

3. Services Provided

We offer various residential and commercial services, including but not limited to:

Landscaping and maintenance

Hardscaping and outdoor construction

Painting and finishing

Cleaning and seasonal maintenance

All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided upon request. Prices are based on project size, materials, labor, and other factors. A written estimate or invoice will be shared before any work begins.

Deposits: A 50% deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Additional Costs: Any extra work or materials not included in the original estimate will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to start and complete projects as scheduled. However, project timelines may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations:

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has begun.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

Access to the property on scheduled dates.

Accurate project details and site information.

Removal of personal items, furniture, or obstacles from work areas before the scheduled service.

Organic Landscaping Inc. is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing site conditions, concealed utilities, or obstacles not disclosed before work begins.

7. Payments

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your invoice or service agreement. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or electronic transfer.

Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services until the balance is paid in full.

8. Warranty & Service Guarantee

We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Warranty coverage may vary by service type and materials used.

Landscaping and installation projects may include limited warranties for plant replacement or workmanship.

Painting and construction services may include warranties on labor and materials, as specified in the project agreement.

Normal wear and tear, neglect, or damage caused by external factors (such as weather or improper maintenance) are not covered under warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

Organic Landscaping Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
